E-man's Soccer Tournament

E-man's soccer tournament was about an hour away out in Poolesville, Maryland on a farm with horses and lots of land which the girls loved. It was still hot, but games were only 20 minutes just the right length. E-man's team won all four games and now qualified for a regional championship in Lancaster, PA. The picture above was taken around 7:30 this morning when it was still cool and before it was jam packed with soccer players and soccer Moms and Dads.

Enjoying Daddy's father's day present, a cooler for all his diet coke and the rest of the snacks for kids who eat every 20 minutes. It even has wheels. We are really living the upscale soccer tournament life. In this tournament the port-a-potties had mirrors, cause that's what I want to see my face smothered in sunscreen, bug spray, and sweat.

Cake Time! Annie's birthday party is tomorrow. She's having a swimming party at our neighborhood pool so the girls decorated two beach/water themed cakes

Bedtime

Abegail had a tooth pulled yesterday...so we told her to put her tooth under her pillow and the tooth fairy might come to take it and leave her some money. She was SUPER curious about the tooth fairy all day. Question after question..."Daddy, what does the tooth fairy look like? What will happen if I wake up while she's there?" Then after about the 15th question, I realized it was probably a bad idea to even mention the tooth fairy. By 8:30 last night, EVERY child was scared to go to bed because they were terrified of the tooth fairy creeping into their room while they were sleeping!! Abegail put the tooth under her pillow and then refused to sleep in her bed. She wanted to sleep on the floor...and then so did the other two. First Day of School

Today is Abegail's first day of school !!! And like our parents did for us...we made the kids pose for pictures! Unfortunately I wasn't able to take a picture in focus until the bus arrived. Oh well, Annie was picking her nose anyway. Abegail got onto the bus like a real pro!! She was soooo excited! As you can see...Annie and E-Man were skeptical. Frankly, E-Man was quite concerned.

Annie makes Travel Soccer

Annie made the FPYC travel Soccer Team!  It is the same club as Eman.  (so yes Eman you will have the same uniform.)  She was so excited she said, "my face hurts from smiling so much!"  Then she said, "I haven't been this happy since I was 6!"  She has her All Star Tournament for her current team this weekend. Then on to joining A&E in Travel!
